  19. Take 3 cloves garlic crushed

  21. Prepare 2 capsicums julienne cut
  22. Get 2 onions julienne cut
  23. Make ready 1 spring onion (green part) julienne cut

  25. Make ready 1 cup rice par boiled
  26. Take 2 tbsp soya sauce
  27. Get 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  28. Prepare 1 tsp salt

  31. Take 1 spring onion(green part) julienne cut
  32. Take 1 carrot julienne cut
Steps to make Mongolian Chicken with vegetable rice:
  1. Marinate the chicken in refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes
  2. Deep fry the chicken strips for about 2 minutes and remove in a separate bowl.Note: you can add a little corn flour as a coating just before frying the chicken strips.
  3. Then we prepare the sauce. In a wok add the oil and garlic and saute for a minute.
  4. Then add all the sauces and seasoning (leave sesame seeds for garnish)and mix well. Cook for about a minute and add the water and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Then add the fried chicken strips and the vegetables. Cook for another minute.
  6. In a separate bowl add the corn flour in quarter cup water and mix well. Then add the mixture into the sauce to thicken.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes and then season with sesame seeds.mix well. Mongolian Chicken is ready.
  8. For the rice, in a wok add the ghee, sauces, seasoning and vegetables and mix well. Then add the par boiled rice and mix well. Give a sprinkle of handful of water, then cover with the lid and let cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve hot in the serving dish and enjoy. :)
