  1. Take a Big kadai and boil eggs in it..
  2. Now remove the shell carefully and keep the eggs aside…Now cut the onion,tomato and chilli..
  3. Now take a pan add oil in it now fry the eggs and keep aside.after that in the same oil add the chopped onion,tomato and green chilli in it.
  4. Now fry the veggies for 5 mins after that add the cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt in it now add fried eggs in it now stir very well…use less amount of water..because in kosha dim water is not used much.after that cover it let the masalas cook well..After 5 mins your DIM KOSHA is ready.
