  1. Boil the egg and rub a little bit of turmeric powder and salt
  2. Slit the eggs lengthwise with a knife if you like it. light fry the egg and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan then add chopped onion fry it until it brown colour
  4. Then pure the above mixture add tomato and ginger-garlic paste mix and fry for medium heat on 1 minute
  5. Then add slit green chilli tomato sauce and Spices masala powder
  6. Mix and add little bit of water nicely mixed
  7. Then add ½cup of water and cover the lead for 5 to 10 minutes
  8. After 10 minutes add fried egg and mix then cook for 5 minutes
  9. After 5 minutes add garam masala powder and mix it then serve with Roti.
