The ingredients needed to make Hash Browns:
  1. Make ready 4 medium sized Grated potato
  2. Make ready 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Take to taste Salt
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Oregano
  5. Prepare 1 tsp chilli flakes
  6. Take 4 tbsp Cornflour
  7. Get as required Water
  8. Get as required Oil
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp Rice flour

  12. Get 1 cube amul Processed cheese
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
Instructions to make Hash Browns:
  1. In a bowl, put grated potatoes in cold water and wash it 3-4 times to remove starch out of it.
  2. Now strain the potatoes and remove all excess water from it & next add all spices, flour & cheese mix well till the mixture binds properly.
  3. Now heat a pan add oil make oval shape balls from it and put that one by one in pan.
  4. Cook it nicely till it becomes golden brown from both sides.
  5. Once done, serve hot with your favourite dip.
