  1. Marinade chicken with 1pinch salt, oregano and bread crumbs - In between you can cut the vegetables - Add oil in two different pans 1tsp each - First pan add chicken for 1 minute… turn now add blanched green beans and Paneer…add pinch salt and black pepper saute for 2 minutes - Another pan saute broccoli and zucchini 2 minutes add bell peppers and onion..add 2pinch salt and 1pinch black pepper and saute for 2 minutes - Put into a plate
