  1. सेलम हळद पावडर, मध्यम तिखट अशी संकेश्वरी मिरची पावडर दोन चमचे, रंगासाठी बेडगी किंवा मिरची पावडर,‌ चवीपुरतं मीठ, चार चमचे आले-लसूण मिरची पेस्ट, दोन चमचे धणे पावडर,‌ एका मोठ्या लिंबाचा रस हे सारे छान एकजीव केले व साफ केलेल्या बांगड्याला आतून बाहेरून व्यवस्थित चोळले. बांगड्याला पाडलेल्या खाचांमधे मुरवले. 🐟
  2. थोडीशी बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर आणि थोडे मॅरिनेशन एकत्र कालवून बांगड्याच्या पोटाच्या पोकळीत भरले. हे फार चविष्ट लागते बरे का… - बांगडे २० मिनिटे झाकून मॅरिनेट करत ठेवले.
  3. तांदळाचे पीठ घेतले. त्यातही थोडेसे मीठ मिसळले. - जाड बुडाचा खोलगट पॅनमधे ब-यापैकी जास्त तेल गरम करत ठेवले. मॅरिनेटेड बांगड्याला तांदळाच्या पिठावर ठेऊन सर्व बाजूने पीठ लागेल अशा पध्दतीने हलकेच दाबून घेऊन मग पॅनमधल्या उकळत्या तेलात सोडून दिले.
  4. बांगडा मांसल असल्याने दोन्ही बाजूंनी तळताना पलटणीने थोडा थोडा दाब दिला. सगळे बांगडे मस्त खरपुस तळुन घेतले. ह्यावेळी मनासारखे जमले. पुर्वी मासे जेव्हाही मी तळायची तेव्हा फजिती चा काळ असायचा. कधी पॅनलाच माशाचे मास चिकटायचे, कधी मॅरिनेशन जास्त व्हायचे, कधी मासा वरून करपायचा आणि आतून कच्चाच राहायचा. तर कधी मॅरिनेड करपून टणक होऊन जायचे. नाजूक बोंबलाचे तर तीन तेरा वाजून खायची बोंबाबोंब. :(
  5. भरलेला आणि तळलेला बांगड्या तय्यार आहे. मस्तपैकी गरमागरम भाकरी किंवा चपाती सोबत आस्वाद घ्या. :)
