The ingredients needed to make Sweet & Sour Mackerel:
  1. Prepare 1 piece Mackerel
  2. Prepare 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
  3. Prepare —-Sauce Ingredients—–
  4. Make ready 4 Tbsp Vinegar
  5. Take 4 Tbsp Sugar
  6. Take 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  7. Get 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  8. Take 50 cc Water
  9. Take 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
Instructions to make Sweet & Sour Mackerel:
  1. Prepare the fish: Sprinkle a little salt on the mackerel and leave it 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Wipe the mackerel with the kitchen paper.
  3. Put the mackerel into the boiling water in 30 seconds.
  4. Wash it with running water.
  5. Coat the mackerel with corn starch.
  6. Make sauce: Mix all ingredients and put it a side.
  7. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the mackerel until become golden brown color.
  8. Remove oil with kitchen paper.
  9. Clean up the frying pan with kitchen paper.
  10. Pour mixed sauce into the frying pan and heat it up.
  11. Started boiling, put the mackerel and cook 2 minutes.
