Steps to make Savoury Bird's nest:
  1. Add all the nest ingredients and mix well.
  2. For coating, add water,salt and cornflour in a bowl to make a paste.
  3. Spread out vermicelli on a plate.
  4. Grease your palms with oil.Take the Chicken mix and make nest shape with it. Now dip this into the cornflour bowl. And the place on the vermicelli plate. Coat well to hide all the chicken.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry.
  6. Use chhena to make the egg shape according to your nest size.
  7. Now assemble 2-3 eggs on each nest. Garnish with coriander or mint leaves!
