  1. Kosha Mutton bnane ke liye 2 kg mutton ko almost 4 cup pani mein 1 tbspn Adrak or lehsan ke sath Boil kar lain 1 hour tak. Ab stock ko 1 cup mein nikal lein
  2. Mutton ko pateely mein dal kar os mein 1 cup oil add krein r 15 mint fry kar lain. Ab is mutton mein 2 Tbls lal kasmiri mirch, chutki bhar Ajwain add karein or sath hi 2 Dar chreni or sabit Kali mirch add kar ke fry karen.
  3. Ab is mein 3 grind kiy hwe Tamater add karen or salt add karen haseb-e-zaiqa. Tamater ka pani dry hone par is mein 1 cup mutton stock add kar dein r kuch deir dhak kar pakayen.
