Steps to make Beet koshimbir:
  1. In a bowl take grated beetroot,onion,salt, sugar and mix well.
  2. In a tadka pan add oil, mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter.add urad dal and saute till it becomes pink add green chillies and saute for 1 min.
  3. Pour the tadka over beet mixture and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well. Ready to Serve
