  9. Take 2 pinches hing (asafoetida)

  11. Take 1 cup finely chopped fresh Daniya leaves (Coriander leaves)

  4. Take a big vessel. Add moong dal, grated coconut, salt, cucumber, coriander leaves and the cooled seasoning. Mix it well.
  5. While serving add lemon juice.
