  1. Prepare 500 gms palak
  2. Prepare 200 gms paneer
  3. Get 3 tbsp oil
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Jeera
  5. Take 2 green chillies, chopped

  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  8. Take 1 tbsp Ginger paste

  12. Get 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  13. Get as per taste Salt
  14. Take 3 tbsp Fresh cream or also use fresh malai
Steps to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Wash and chooped palak. Make fine paste. Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp oil
  2. Add paneer and fry 2 minS. Add jeera,ginger.
  3. Add garlic and chilli and fry 1 to 2 minS on low flame.
  4. Add onion,dry chilli and fry 2 mins.
  5. Add haldi,dhaniya and chilli and mix well.
  6. Add palak paste and salt and cover and cook 10 mins on low flame.
  7. After 10 mins add fresh cream and paneer and mix well and again cover and cook 3 mins.
  8. Ready tasty and healthy palak paneer.
