Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Take a pan, add 1spoon oil and 2-3 spoon butter, once heated add onions, ginger- garlic paste cook until it tures golden brown, now add all chopped veges cook it for 3-4 min, now add boiled potatoes and add salt, tomatoes puree, again cook for 3-4 mins, now mix all vegetables nicely with potatoes masher at this point add pav bhaji masala and after 2 min add enough water and let it be cooked for 8-10 min more…. The more u will mix n cook the better taste u will get… Serve with butter, lemon
  2. Take a pan add butter split the pav and grill it on pan until it turn slite golden in color…
  3. Here we are ready with delicious pav bhaji… Serve with butter, lemon, onions and loads of love
