  17. Take 40 grm Desi Ghee
  18. Take 80 ml oil
  19. Prepare Garnishing
  20. Prepare Green chilli, green coriander leaves and Julien cut ginger
Steps to make Ghost Bathinde Wala:
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add red chilli whole,bay leaves and oinon and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add mutton and cook for about 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and Desi Ghee.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add yoghurt, tomato puree, green cardamom powder, Mace powder, black cardamom powder and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Add water as required and simmer until properly cooked.
  8. Add Garam Masala Powder and stir well.
  9. Garnish the green chilli, green coriander leaves and ginger.
  10. Serve hot with roti or naan.
