The ingredients needed to make Curd Rice:
  1. Get 2 cups cooked rice
  2. Make ready 2-3 tsp ghee for tadka
  3. Make ready 2 cups curd
  4. Prepare 2-3 tsp coriander leaves
  5. Get 1 pinch asafoetida / hing
  6. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds / jeera
  7. Get 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds / rai
  8. Take 2 tsp urad dal
  9. Take 8-10 pieces curry leaves / curry patta
  10. Make ready 1 tsp green chilli paste or red chillies can also be used
  11. Get 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Curd Rice:
  1. Take a pan. Switch on the gas. Add ghee when it gets heated add rai, jeera & urad daal. Saute it until it turns a little brown.
  2. After that add curry leaves, chilli and ginger paste, hing, saute a little. Add rice.
  3. Then add curd. Mix it well. Switch off the gas & garnish it with coriander. Your hot & lip-smacking curd rice is ready.
