Steps to make Beef Bihari Boti:
  1. Marinate 2 kg of beef boneless boti (cut 1"by 1") but with fats with 1 kg packet of shan beef bihari kabab with 8 tbsp of kach papita and ginger garlic paste 8 tbsp, and two tbsp basin, 6tbsp oil and set aside
  2. Take 8 tbsp fried onion, 6-8 Green chillies and two cups yoghurt, 1 tsp salt,blend it until well combine.
  3. Now mix it in the marinated beef botis and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours..
  4. Burnt charcoals put the beefs in the skewers and cook them until tender, grease oil on botis time to time during cooking.
  5. Garnish it with onion rings,serve with lemon and tamarind chutney and poori parathas.
