  1. Keep all the ingredients ready. Toast the bread using bread toaster. Cut bread into 1-inch pieces each. Chop onion, tomato and set aside. Heat a Kadai, add oil. Once oil gets heated add mustard and let it splutter. Now add onion, curry leaves and saute till onion turns translucent.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes. Now add tomato and saute till it becomes mushy. Then add turmeric powder, sambar powder, salt and saute for a minute.
  3. Now add half cup of water bring it to a boil. Now add toasted bread and immediately mix it thoroughly, so that all masala is infused in every bite. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
