Instructions to make Hash Brown Pizza:
  1. Take 2 potatoes. Wash and peel them.
  2. Grate the potatoes with the help of a food grater.
  3. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add cornflour, salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the potato mixture on it. Spread it evenly to make a pizza base.
  5. Cook until it turns golden brown in colour from both sides. - Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over it. - Garnish with mozzarella cheese. - Top with the vegetables. - Place it on a baking tray.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it. - Cut it into slices. - Serve hot.
